North Carolina punk rockers American Goner share their latest EP Your Hair Is Winter Fire.
Fusing rock music with dashes of punk, folk and indie is one that American Goner do well. With a focus is on great lyrics and good, strong song writing, the band bring together all the sounds they love listening to into one big musical sandwich.
American Goner grew up playing in punk and hardcore bands, funnelling the D.I.Y aesthetic into their music. “We grew up with covers songs and split EPs which is one of the reasons we like to feature covers songs on our EPs as well as working on splits/compilations with other bands. We live for late nights, diners and sad jukebox songs.” the band say.
