Mayday Parade announce co-headline tour with The Wonder Years

They’ve just released their latest record Sunnyland.

Speaking on returning to the UK bassist Jeremy Lenzo says ‘We had such a great crowd response from our last tour in the U.K. that we began planning another trip as soon as we got back in the states. We started chatting with The Wonder Years about touring together because we thought that would make a great package and really bring a lot of high energy to the show. We have never toured together before, but it has been something we wanted to do for awhile, so we were happy they were on board with the idea. Now we can finally announce our U.K. tour together this spring. It’s something we are really excited about and looking forward too.”

The band released new album SUNNYLAND on the 15 of June, the band’s 6th studio album and first with Rise Records. Listen to Stay The Same now:

The Tallahassee, Florida-based quintet (rounded out by bassist/vocalist Jeremy Lenzo, guitarist Brooks Betts and drummer/vocalist Jake Bundrick) recorded this follow-up to 2015’s Black Lines with longtime producers Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount, and for the first time, also teamed with Grammy nominated producer John Feldmann (blink-182, Panic! At the Disco) and Howard Benson (Of Mice & Men, My Chemical Romance). The result is an album built on impassioned vocals, sing-along choruses, and deeply heartfelt lyrics.
