Jason Isbell re-issues two classic albums

Out on 18 October via Thirty Tigers, Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit (2009) and Here We Rest (2011) have been remixed and remastered.

Four-time Grammy Award winner Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit will reissue two of the group’s earliest albums – 2009’s self-titled Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit and 2011’s Here We Rest – both remixed and remastered by Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb and are out 18 October for the first time on Thirty Tigers.

These records contain some of Isbell’s most beloved fan favorites, including Alabama Pines, Codeine, Cigarettes and Wine, The Blue and Tour Of Duty.

Isbell has also sold out his inaugural, self-curated ShoalsFest, taking place on 5 October in Muscle Shoals, AL, with performances from Sheryl Crow, Mavis Staples & Amanda Shires, in addition to Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit.

The 400 Unit has also announced a seven-night run at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium, making it the longest stand the group has had at the venue to date. The shows will take place on 18 – 26 October.

Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit have sold out 20 consecutive nights at the Ryman Auditorium between 2014 and 2018. Last year’s critically acclaimed release, Live From The Ryman documented some of the finest moments from 2017 and showcased the power and nuance of the mighty 400 Unit.
