With a stellar line-up including My Vitriol and Hell Is For Heroes, Hundred Reasons rocked the roof off the Hammersmith Apollo.
With their first album in fifteen years last month, Hundred Reasons took to London’s Eventim Apollo to celebrate their return. Support came from a moody shoegaze set courtesy of My Vitrol and an energetic breath taking show from none other than Hell Is For Heroes.
Kicking things off with their new single Glorious Sunset off of 2023’s album with the same title is more than fitting for Hundred Reasons. Lead singer Collin Doran recently said about the record: “I came away from that session not just feeling closer to the other guys, having not seen them for some time, but thinking the music was f****** awesome. We all looked at each other and knew it was a go.”
Backed by the golden logo of their new record and thousands of voices in the audience that seem to be taking in every minute and every note, Hundred Reasons bring a wave of what’s yet to come mixed in with a whole bunch of 90’s nostalgia.
And this is where that night becomes a winner, when Hundred Reasons comfortably lay new releases right next to fan favourites and the mood and dedication doesn’t flicker once. Flooded in a see of golden lighting, the band not once rest on previous successes and give the show their all throughout all nineteen tracks.
