Croydon pop-rock four-piece Best Of Enemies announce new EP

A Fear That Comes Around is set for release on 24 April.

Croydon pop-rock four-piece Best Of Enemies have announced the release of their new EP A Fear That Comes Around (pre-order here) and revealed the first single I’m in Hell. The catchy yet poignant composition was one of the first songs written for the EP.

“This is my experience of feeling trapped,” says singer, Sam of the track. “I’d like to think people could relate, whether it be a physical or mental place. Some of the lyrics detail some of the things I’ve tried to distract myself with only to give up on after a few weeks, like trying to learn Spanish or reading books.”

The new EP, set for release through Undead Collective Records on 24 April, is the follow up to their 2016 offering Sorry State. With 12 tracks whittled down to 4 tracks for the EP, A Fear That Comes Around was recorded in spring 2018 at Stakeout Studios with Jason Wilson.
