Taken off their forthcoming EP You Are Filth, out 26 April.
Liverpool’s Death Blooms have revealed another track from their forthcoming You Are Filth EP. Vocalist Paul Barrow says of the conflicted new track Believe: “Every day I question morality. I question everything every single person does and says. I question everything I say and do. It’s tough to decide how you feel about anything, especially when most of what we do is expected and forced upon us in society. Believe is about not really knowing what pieces of your life are positive and instead concentrating on the negative things – it’s consuming and exhausting – this song is about wanting more.”
Death Blooms recently released the EP’s first bruiser of a single Crosses, which has already been spun on the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show, as well as appearing in the Kerrang! Rock Chart. The band have also announced their very first headline dates in London, Manchester & Birmingham for May.
You Are Filth is set to affirm Death Blooms as one of the most exciting heavy prospects in the UK right now. They’ve already been busy cutting their teeth live, sharing stages with the likes of Loathe, Insane Clown Posse, King 810, Korn’s Jonathan Davis, Ded and Skindred, as well as playing the illustrious Download Festival last year.
Death BLooms UK headline dates:
8 May – London, Black Heart
9 May – Manchester, Star & Garter
12 May – Birmingham, The Victoria
