Dare we say this will be the best tour of the year? Yes we dare.

One of the most exciting tours to be announced in 2019, Laura Jane Grace And The Devouring Mother’s will hit the road with Frank Iero and the Future Violents and Mobina Galore this August.

“Over the moon to bring the songs of Bought To Rot to the UK & Europe and honored to do so in such fantastic company, alongside friends Frank Iero & the Future Violents and Mobina Galore. Each night we’ll be playing our record in its entirety as well as a mix of surprises. Hope to see you there!” says Laura Jane Grace.

Frank Iero adds “I am so excited to be touring with our friends Laura Jane Grace and the Devouring Mothers in the next few months. They are great people, fantastic musicians, and put out one of my favourite records of last year. I really think it’s going to be an incredible set of shows.”

Laura Jane Grace & the Devouring Mothers have also shared the animated music video for The Hotel Song, taken from the band’s acclaimed debut album, Bought to Rot. Created by longtime collaborator Margherita Ballarin, The Hotel Song is a moody visual complimenting the stark nature of the song’s lyrics that encourage forward movement in one’s life despite constant resentment and disappointment.

The Hotel Song is my tribute to hotel and motel rooms across the world,” Grace says. “Regardless of bed sheet thread count, shampoo and conditioner quality, or Wi-Fi speed, I am thankful for all the rented rooms that have offered me refugee & rest over the years while touring across the world.”

Frank Iero And The Future Violents have just released the brand new cellar session recorded with One on One at City Winery. The audio for the session was mixed by none other than Frank ‘s former bandmate Ray Toro. This marks the first collaboration between the two since My Chemical Romance ‘s dissolution in 2013. “I really enjoyed doing this session at the winery and when they asked if we had anyone in mind to mix the tracks I immediately thought of asking Ray Toro “, Frank said about working with Toro once again. “He’s just so multi-talented and has such a great ear. He’s been recording and mixing some rad projects these past few years, and it was an hono u r to have him work on this session for us ”
