Petrol Girls are hitting the road this September

Celebrating the release of their latest record Cut & Stitch.

Petrol Girls have announced details of their upcoming UK tour to take their new record out on the road. “We’re super excited to finally be doing a short UK headline run this September, to celebrate the release of our new album Cut & Stitch. So far, people have been really sweet and positive towards the new songs and we’re really excited to play them live. There will be a limited amount of £5,- cheap tickets during the first two weeks of pre-sale which are explicitly aimed at folks that simply can’t afford to pay more to get into a show, but still want to come out and have a good time.” says the band.

Petrol Girls’ incendiary new album Cut & Stitch was released via Hassle Records in May this year to critical acclaim and Rough Trade Album of The Month status. Ren (Aldridge, vocals) also authored a Rough Trade Edition of the same name that was released alongside the album and dives into some of the themes explored in the record.

They’ve already been touring Europe extensively with the likes of La Dispute, Milk Teeth and War On Women, and Petrol Girls are also slated to play the legendary behemoth of a festival that is Roskilde this very weekend and 2000trees Festival next weekend.
